the graders designed by the devraj group are simple but accurately built to perform the function of separation of undersized from the longer rice. These graders are available in various combinations. These are meant for separation of under length rice from full-length rice whether the rice is3/4 or 1/2 or less. The graders are provided with special indented cylinders, which have maximum and uniform dimples per sq. Ft for maximum accuracy and production. A helical gear box is provided to decrease the running load and to start instantly. It also helps in avoiding the variation in revolutions of graders while the load of material increases or decreases.
unique provision of in line 7 ball bearings ensures smooth running of the grader. A large tray made of heavy sheet is provided inside the grader to collect every single grain, which is lifted by the dimples. The angle of the tray can be adjusted to alter the amount of broken rice to be mixed with full- length rice. Cyclone and blower can be provided if required.
