plan sifters are designed and built for multi purpose sifting operations. It is used in all types of granular and floury stocks. It is used for grading rice, various types of grains, pulses, oilseeds and different types of spices.
plan sifter provides uniform and even separation and classification of rice of different size as head rice, large broken, small broken and rice tips. Double suction chutes are provided so that when running on line rice flour, rice bran & husk particles, which come along with after final polish, can be separated thoroughly. The three tier plan sifters acts as a substitute for the whole part of the rice plant, which comes after final polishing unit.
the multi stage plan sifter is used for ultimate accuracy of segregation. Due to its commitment to the accuracy it is unique model for application in basmati plants. A blower and aspiration box removes and delivers lighter particles such as germs etc. In a cyclone provided along with it. In this model the mixture is fed into upper chamber where the items having less than full-length rice are separated and again fed into second chamber where these are classified into four different sizes.
