Chitra machineries manufactures chitra coating pan in a heavy & sturdy structure made from angles & channels in model ranges such as 12``, 24``, 30``, 36``, 42``, 48``, 60`` & 72``. Some of the features of this coating pan include complete structure covered from all sides; two covers with hinges on two sides [left & right] of the structure; three covers fixed with bolts; variable speed cast iron pulley system with up to 48" size motor slides for speed variation; motor & worm reduction gear of reputed make as per customer requirement; a.C. Frequency drive for variable speed of coating pan on demand; made from 10 swg, ss304 or ss316 or ss316 l material and polished to mirror finished from inside & outside; elliptical shape standard pan mounted at 30° angle; up to 48`` size inbuilt hot air blower system as standard supply [excluding 60`` & 72`` size]; high capacity mobile hot air blower system option; temperature controller to control air temperature at selected temperatures between 30°c to 75°c; air delivery pipe to deliver required quantity of air in the pan. The other features of the coating pan are adequate mouth opening and depth; anti vibrating unit for proper leveling; no requirement of foundation; compact hot air blower with inlet air damping arrangement; general structure made out of m.S. In standard model & same will be covered with ss304 in gmp model; and easy mounting arrangement for change over from coating pan to polishing pan. These coating pans caters to the requirements of expert coaters such as rotational speed, angle of inclination of pan, inside finishing of the pan , total volume and temperature of the hot air.
