chitra machineries provides ointment manufacturing plants for manufacturing ointment, cream, lotions, tooth paste and other emulsions and homogenizations conforming to the standards of cgmp [paint free construction]. The ointment manufacturing plants machine is perfect equipment for applications in pharmaceutical & cosmetic industries and ensuring the quality of the ointment/ creams. This machine plant takes care of two vital points in manufacturing ointment/creams such as minimum man handling of ointment and minimising vaccum drop during the mixing and blending. Some of the salient features of these ointment manufacturing plants include operated only by one operator and one helper; vacuum or by transfer pumps transfer the material; cgmp [paint free construction] vessels; silicon [food grade] gaskets; ss 304 quality material [ss316 on demand] finished to class 4b [mirror] finish and crevice free contact parts; top & high entry of all agitators from speed emulsifier from bottom or in-line emulsifier [as per customer choice]; vessels are suitable for 1 kg. / sq. Cm internal pressure and hence can be sterilized; ss304/ ss316 [as per customer requirement] seamless quality, internally electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints pipes, pipe fittings and valves; equipped with cip & sip connections; temperature & time values indicated digitally on control panel; ampere indicates on ampere meters; micro processor based automatic operating plant as per requirement;
inlet & outlet connections with tri clover joints for easy cleaning & replacement.
