These double cone blenders are available with stainless steel made contact parts of required grade as per customer specifications. Only two-third filling of the cone blender volume ensures proper mixing. The double cone blenders are suitable for applications in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. Some of the salient features of the double cone blender include uniform mixing and easy discharge due to conical shape at both ends; ss 304 or ss 316 quality material made contact parts as per customer requirement; safe operation; hand wheel for inching and manual rotating facility; hand wheel with ss cover and limit switch in 200 kgs and above models; 2 safety roads at the back side one left hand and one right hand side; suitable size butterfly valves at one end for material discharging; hole with openable cover at the other end for material charging and cleaning; shaft with 4 fixed buffels with mirror polished inside the cone; mirror polished cone; matt polished inside and outside structure; moving parts with ss 304 made covers; ss 304 material panels with the facility of three phase indication, dol starter, digital timer and amplified meter; left side drive or right side drive as per customer requirement; speed reduction with worm reduction gear; food grade rubber gasket on both end of cones and in butterfly valve; ss 304 made general structure polished to matt/mirror finish in gmp model; hand wheel for manual tilting of cone; and safety guards with limit switch not to start when safety guards are not in the position.
