• Add to Inquiry Basket | The "v" blender from chitra machineries is useful for efficient and homogeneous mixing and lubrication process of dry powders. The "v" blender is versatile machine for blending and ensures proper operation by only two third filled volume. Due to proper medium speed and "v" shape of container, the "v" blender machine finds its best usage for blending of powders & granules type material. This "v" blender is useful for applications in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and cosmetic products etc. Due to the "v" shape of the product container of this "v" blender, the powder comes from all the sides resulting in requirement of medium speed. The "v" shape of container in the machine ensures sufficient continuous movement of the materials and with only medium movement result in good quality of blending/lubrication of granules. The "v" shape blender is available with salient features like suitable for dry mixing of powder form products in; easy for loading and unloading; easy cleaning; ss304 / ss316 or ss316 l quality material made contact parts as per customer requirements; minimum maintenance due to simple design; mild steel general structure & safety guards painted in standard model and ss304 made & polished to matt finish in gmp model; continuous movement "v" shape give sufficient movement to the granules resulting in good quality blending; safe operation; and manual rotating facility with hand wheel for inching and with optional features like flame proof drive motor along with flame proof starter and vacuum loading facility for material charging.
