• Add to Inquiry Basket | Chitra machineries manufactures vibro sifters that are vibrating energy screen. The vibro sifters come in a unit comprising circular pretensioned screen mounted on frame along with vibrating motor and total assembly mounted on suitable springs so that it becomes independent to vibrate without parting any vibrations to the foundations. The vibrating motor in the vibro sifter unit has revolving eccentric weights and imparts three plane vibrations to the screen. Some of the salient features of these vibro sifters include high capacity; optimum use of space; process adaptability; low operating and maintenance cost; long screen life; easy for assembling and disassembling for cleaning and screen changeover; springs amplify vibrations leading to reduced motor hp, maintenance & operational cost; compact unit for easy operations; two, three & four deck options; ss316 quality material instead of ss304 made contact parts; and 4 mesh to 150 mesh wide range of seaves. These vibro sifters are available with technical specifications like 24" / 30" / 40" model; 0.5 / 0.75 / 1.0 hp drive motor; 600 / 750 / 990 mm [approx.] screen diameter; ss304 quality material [ss316 option] made contact parts; d.O.L. Starter; and 24": up to 150 kgs./ hr, 30": up to 200 kgs./ hr, 40": up to 300 kgs./ hr out put depending upon material properties and screen size.
