the tray dryer from chitra machineries are available in models such as model 12 tray / 24 tray / 48 tray / 96 tray. Chitra tray dryers are suitable for applications in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, paints, textiles & other industries. These tray dryers are useful as economical means for drying of granules, powder, food material & chemicals. These tray dryers are constructed out of rigid angle iron frame with double walled panels insulated with compressed fibreglass and rigid door fitted with strong hinges and locking arrangement. The control panel fixed in front of machine facilitates the easy operation. The tray dryer machines are available with salient features like large working space; mild steel construction; good finishing outside with synthetic enamel colour & inside painted with heat resistant paint to resist up to 300 degree temperature in standard model; and also made from ss304 or ss316 quality material [as per customer requirement] in gmp model & polished to mirror finish from inside & matt finish from outside. These tray dryers are available in different types as per choice of heating model like electrically heated / steam heated & thermic fluid heated. The electrically heated tray dryer model comes with a digital temperature controller with digital timer to facilitate working day and night. Whereas the steam & thermic fluid heated model tray dryer is available with digital temperature indicator with digital timer and no temperature controller. The company supplies these tray dryers with other optional features including flameproof fittings and motor and s.S.304 / s.S. 316 trays. The chitra tray dryers are useful for applications in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, paints, textiles & other industries.
