Fluid bed dryer from chitra machineries is used for generating hot air stream at the base of the product container filled with the material. The unit comes with a blower that creates induced draught and fresh air is sucked. The electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters in the unit heats fresh air and hot air stream expands the material bed at certain velocity & rating turbulance. This process known as fluidisation generates full agitation of solid particles and since hot air surrounds each particle it results in high and uniform heat transfer. This fluid bed dryer helps in fast drying of product without appreciable heat loss and the integrated filter bags helps in preventing particles to escape from the dryer.
