This machine is available with construction feature of mixing stirrer in a horizontal position in the container with single speed and simple rotation around itself at slow speed inside the bowl. This unique feature of the assembly offers the advantage of intimate mixing of dry or wet materials of tablet granulation, powder, chemicals, food & confectionaries materials. The mass mixer is also suitable for mixing sticky materials and uniform or intimate mixing of difficult to mix materials with the unique design of the mixer and the stirrer. The chitra mass mixer machines are available with salient features like wide model range to suit 50,100 & 200 kgs working volume and 0.50 gms/cc bulk density; s.S.304 quality material contact parts [ss316 quality on extra cost]; occupies lesser floor space due to compact design; single stirrer with single speed for dry & wet mixing; as stirrer`s sealings comes in contact with product, there may be any black particle contamination problem after sealing bush got wear & tear; mild steel non contact parts in general structure claded with ss304 or chrome plated or ss304 made in gmp model; contact parts polished to mirror finish and non contact parts polished to matt finish in gmp model; ss304 material and mild steel made safety guards and covers in gmp model and painted in standard model; mild steel made general structure and non contact parts painted in standard model; moving parts enclosed with safety guards; thrust bearings to carry out rigid thrust load; and are easy for cleaning & operating.
