Niehoff of india private limited has introduced two models of automatic double spoolers named as model s 630 d and model s 800 d. These double spoolers have hydraulically activated outboard pintle assembly. It does not require any accumulator. By new changeover principle, it gives minimum wire stretching during wire changeover. There is no requirement of maintenance for ac motor. With plc, it allows flexible line integration. These spoolers come with long inner wire end out. Optional conveyor belts are available for different numbers of full and empty spools [automatic loading and unloading]. It also includes optional wire taping unit. It facilitates pressing on device for external wire end. It allows using different spool sizes without adapter. The production speed is up to 40 m/s. With motor and without spool guard, it weighs approximately 5000 kg. The machine dimensions are 2.30m x 2.75m x 2.25m.
