Precilube offers lofrix - an advanced friction modifying oil for increased punch and die life of press tool in sheet metal work. Using this oil gives more components per regrind in stampings and components manufacturing; amperage and noise reduction in heavy duty gearboxes; general bearing lubricants and slides; hydraulic oils. Add 50 ml of lofrix in 1 litre lubricant oil used for press tool; heat the mixture in small quantity at + 10ºc above ambient for 3-5 min; use the mixture like normal lubrication press tool oil and apply with hand pump; lofrix deposits an ultra-thin film to provide surface movement protection of tool; add 30 ml in 1 litre gearbox oil and it will get mixed while working.
