| Batliboi ltd offers the safetrack insulated conductor system. This insulated conductor system has some technical features which include: consists of specifically designed profiles shrouded with pvc insulated coloured [rybg] conductors;profile ensures proper current collector shoe alignment and sliding over the conductor under positive pressure. There is no chance of collector slipping, misalignment or improper contact. Contact shoe is housed in moulded components which are manufactured from mechanically and electrically strong thermoplastic materials with stainless steel spring providing pressurised contact. Inspection/replacement of the shoe can be done without disturbing the installation even at elevated heights. Safetrack insulated conductor system is available in ss conductor-rating 40 a, gi conductor-rating 100 a and copper conductor-250 a/500 a. The safetrack system is said to have distinct advantages over conventional system at no extra cost; pricewise it is comparable to an angle iron system. This system has distinct advantageous features as compared to the conventional angle iron/bare copper/flexible conductor systems. In advanced countries only insulated conductor systems similar to safetrack system are in use. Some of the general features of safetrack insulated conductor system are: it is insulated, safe and finger safe as per international standards. It is compact, occupies very little space and could be mounted at any convenient position. There is no protection guard; minimum clearance from girder is required. Following are some technical features of safetrack insulated conductor system which include: has specific profile which ensures proper shoe alignment and glides without slippage. Colour coded insulation covers help in phase identification and also enhances aesthetics of installation. There are no breakages or breakdowns. This system can be used by all industries to replace conventional current collection systems covering long travel of hoists/cranes, cross travels of cranes and also for new installtions.
