• Add to Inquiry Basket | Minivac oil immersed rotary vane type vacuum pumps are supplied byfrom shree siddhivinayak industries. Some general features are provided by these pumps which are: robust in construction and fitted with inbuilt gas ballast and easy oil changing arrangement; optional accessories like moisture trap, vacuum gauge with regulator, non-return valve, suction air filter, discharge oil mist filter can be provided. Some technical features of these pumps include: these vacuum pumps are available with a maximum vacuum of 0.05 mm hg in single stage and 0.005 mm hg in double stage. The assembly consists of main body with a rotor mounted eccentrically in it. The rotor is provided with two vanes opposite each other with spring in between which push the vanes out against the inner wall of main body. As the rotor revolves, the vanes move in and out of the rotor and sweep the air twice per revolution. All parts are precisely machined and ground for close tolerances for higher efficiency and performance. Salient features include: robust in construction and fitted with inbuilt gas ballast and easy oil changing arrangement; optional accessories like moisture trap, vacuum gauge with regulator, non-return valve, suction air filter, discharge oil mist filter can be provided. The rotary vane vacuum pumps find their applications are useful in: many applications like distillation, refining, purification, impregnation, vacuum heat treatment, leak testing, filling, etc.
