| Servomax manufactures a wide range of electroplating rectifiers for up to 3000 a dc capacities plating and anodising applications. These rectifiers are available in different types for varied range of electroplating and metal finishing applications. The company supplies electroplating rectifiers in automatic and manual models. The automatic model electroplating rectifiers are available with salient features like solid-state electronic circuitry with motorised autotransformer is implemented. Whereas the electroplating rectifiers in manual model comes with a tap selector switch that selects required current and voltages. The servomax rectifiers are available with salient features like designed with high quality control; using best quality raw materials with state-of-art technologies to save power; 1 v, 1 a minimum voltage and up to 30 v dc and 3000 a current; fitted with ac and dc voltmeters and dc ammeter; high quality over rated rectifier diodes to withstand overloads and momentary surges; and high quality auto transformers are employed to maintain low losses thus achieving higher efficiency and power savings. The company supplies these electroplating rectifiers with the combination of an auto variable transformer, one step-down transformer, bridge rectifier and protection system. Some of the technical specifications of the electroplating rectifiers include input ac voltage fed to input side of variable auto transformer; output of auto variable transformer connected to input side of step down transformer; output of step-down transformer is connected to bridge rectifier to obtain required dc voltages; bus bars and all transformer windings are with higher grade 99.99% pure electrolytic copper; and hrc fuses, mcb/mccb as protection system.
