• Add to Inquiry Basket | Dover india`s de-sta-co division offers the new generation toggle lock plus manual clamp series [2002-ur, 2007-ur and 2010-ur]. The toggle lock plus feature is an expansion to the new generation 2002, 2007 and 2010 toggle clamp series. Designed with maximum safety and ergonomic benefits as its foundation, toggle lock plus clamps help to maintain the over-centre toggle position in applications where there is apt to be movement or vibrations such as transfer lines. In addition, higher levels of reliability are achieved with the new toggle lock plus when moving a fixture from point a to point b or where an entire component is being relocated. It has bushings at major pivot points for longer life and stop point locations at the bas for added durability. Greater hand clearance for case of use, elimination of pinch points for added safety, extended handle length for improved ergonomics, longer clamping arm for greater flexibility, spindle contacts work piece in vertical position for less work piece marring or movement, and clamping arm completely clears work piece for easy load/unload.
