its finishing service is all-inclusive from tooling to precision die-casting, cnc processing, punching, polishing, electrical-plating, painting and assembling. The company does not compromise with the quality and maintain proper delivery time. The company makes use of an auto precision manipulator to cover the precision requirements of linear, rough and uneven surfaces, concentricity and thickness for polishing work. Apart from that the company performs cnc lathe, milling, drill and other finishing works; electrical-plating finishing [ab, bb, chromium, nickel, red copper, etc]; colour painting [includes liquid and powder]; components assembling; all kinds of handles and knobs from 10 to 250 mm [more than hundreds types]; and size of glass door pull handles from 300 to 120 mm [more than 50 different types]. In-house production of casting tools and dies is accomplished utilising cad/cam, edm die sinking, and composite die welding techniques.
