• Add to Inquiry Basket | Strategi automation solutions supplies state-of-the-art multi axis motion controllers from galil motion control of the us for precise and complex applications. The company supplies these motion controllers are available with pc-based cards for 1-8 axis control to suit the pci, isa, vme & pc104 buses. The company can also supply standalone cards, for communicate on rs232, usb and ethernet. These cards can be used for point-to-point, jogging, linear and circular interpolation, helical and tangential moves, contouring with teach and playback, electronic gearing and electronic cam profiling. The motion controllers are useful for controlling servomotors or stepper motors using ±10 v interface with reading encoder position to close the loop. These motion controllers are available with technical specifications like 22 mhz encoder speeds; step motors controlled using step and direction pulses; up to 6 mhz pulse output; dedicated inputs for limits and home per axis; freely configurable digital inputs and outputs at ttl level; up to 24 v opto isolation as option; and 32 bit microprocessor with onboard memory to store application programs and variables. These motion controllers are useful for xyz table control, laser machining, packaging, pick & place units, jewellery manufacturing, and robot control. |
