• Add to Inquiry Basket | Strategi automation solutions supplies pc-based or stand alone multi-axis controllers from galil motion control, us. These motion controllers can control servo motors, step motors and servo hydraulics in any combination of axes from 1 to 8 axes of control. The pc-based cards are available or the pci, isa, compact pci, pc/104 and vme bus. The stand-alone cards communicate on rs232, rs485, ethernet 10 base t or 100 base t. These controllers are capable of point-to-point positioning, linear and circular interpolation, contouring, electronic gearing, and electronic cam. The controllers have a 125 usec/axis servo update rate, 16 bit motor output dac, 12 bit adc for analogue inputs, 12 mhz encoder feedback for servos, 3 mhz pulse output for steppers, sinusoidal commutation for brushless motors, high speed position capture, high speed encoder compare output, 3-16 digital ttl inputs, 3-16 digital ttl outputs, timers for plc tasks, flash eeprom for firmware updates, program, parameter and array storage. I/o expansion is possible up to 72 additional l/os. These controllers give power, flexibility and reliability. Galil controllers are used in edm machines, routing machines, laser cutting machines, labelling machines, coil winding machines, glass cutting machines, semiconductor test and manufacture, spms, coordinate inspection machines and special applications.
