Without the need of a firmly installed measurement device, hand-held pressure gauges of the type hnd-p by kobold messring gmbh, allows measuring relative and absolute pressures directly on site. The practical hand-held devices are available in two versions: for the connection of external sensors or with integrated sensors.
The devices have a memory for the storage of min/max values, automatic switch-off, hold-function, zero adjustment, and a serial interface. Depending on the model, a logger function, real-time clock, alarm output and differential pressure measurement are included in the range of performance. Accuracies up to 0.1% of the final value are possible. A two-line led display shows information on measured values and settings. The protection class is ip 65. A larger number of accessories for the practical use, such as device bags, interface converters and process connections, complete the broad offer of the devices. 18 different sensors are available, which are characterised by a large overload tolerance. The offered measuring ranges go from -1000 … 2500 mbar to 0…400 bar absolute. The device automatically recognizes the connected sensor. The hand-held pressure unit of the type hnd-p with integrated sensors are available with different measuring ranges for negative pressure, overpressure and absolute pressure. They have robust, field-tested and overload-proof piezoresistive ceramic sensors.
