Its compact size and capability to measure non-conductive liquids of low viscosity are the outstanding features of the rotating vane flow meter for low volumes of type dpm from kobold messring gmbh. Difficult liquids such as distilled water, fuel, alcohol or special chemical compounds can also be monitored and dosed with the measuring instrument on compact machines and systems.
the six measuring ranges cover flow rates from 0.015-0.7 l/min to 0.05-5.0 l/min. A solution for every application is provided by fifteen different evaluating electronics. A variety of different outputs based on common industrial standards, and local indications that are easy to read all form part of the product range.
the rotating vane is fitted with a sapphire bearing assembly which provides excellent linearity and long service life. The rotational motion is transmitted non-contacting by magnets. The high-quality electronic analyser provides a measurement accuracy of one percent of the upper range value and a reproducibility of 0.5 % - thus providing excellent solutions for the most sophisticated tasks.
the protection type is ip 65. Thus the robust instrument is ideally suited for tough conditions on site.
