Knp`s marr resistant clear coat makes sure to provide better performance of the top-coat films compared to the conventional clear-coats. Mar resistance is the ability of the coating to interact with environment without sustaining relatively fine surface scratches, which spoil the coating`s surface. Without changing the application condition the mar resistance is able to replace the existing clear coat at the automobile manufacturer`s end. Knp`s marr resistant clear coat has introduced an improved sagging property and better tukon hardness. When compared to the conventional clear coat system, it has an excellent film build up, better acid resistance, excellent cupping value and better gloss. Knp`s clear coat presents a better anti-sagging property, which permit a higher dry film thickness resulting in better gloss and doi. It consists of higher solids at supply and lower thinner intake.
