In the year 1990, techno force solutions was started to manufacture process equipment based on thin-film technology. The company supplies a wide range of evaporators, dryers and short path [or molecular] distillation units based on thin film technology. Techno force solutions also supply conventional tubular evaporators of rising film, falling film or forced circulation type and counter-current liquid- liquid extractors.
Techno force solutions offers distillation. The product has its applications in solvent recovery; fatty acid derivatives; essential oils; product distillation from residues & scale prone bottoms. The product has some features like,
Separation of heat sensitive products with close boiling points is possible using structured packing exhibiting higher efficiency & lower pressure drop.
Use of falling film evaporator & agitated thin film evaporator as reboiler improves quality & yields while processing heat sensitive products.
