The company supplies a wide range of evaporators, dryers and short path [or molecular] distillation units based on thin film technology. Techno force solutions also supply conventional tubular evaporators of rising film, falling film or forced circulation type and counter-current liquid- liquid extractors.
techno force solutions offers liquid-liquid extractors. The product has its applications in cases of separation of close boiling components, which are otherwise difficult to separate by distillation; breaking of azeotropes; cod, bod reduction in wastewater; purification of fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals; change in ph by washing; extraction of bulk drugs from reaction mass. The product has some features like,
the countercurrent and continuous liquid- liquid extractor has series of mixing and settling zones arranged in a vertical fashion.
A common agitator shaft provides an agitator in each of the mixing zone.
A vertical baffle protects the settling zone from the turbulence in the mixing zone. The variable speed of the agitator gives an additional control parameter to handle applications with various density differences.
The heavier liquid is fed at the extractor bottom and the lighter liquid at the top. The countercurrent flow of the liquid phases with multiple mixing and settling steps ensures separation effect of several batch extractions.
The use of solvent, labor and power requirements is considerably reduced.
