The company supplies a wide range of evaporators, dryers and short path [or molecular] distillation units based on thin film technology. Techno force solutions also supply conventional tubular evaporators of rising film, falling film or forced circulation type and counter-current liquid- liquid extractors.
Techno force solutions offers agitated thin film evaporators. The product has some applications in vacuum distillation of bulk drugs, intermediates, fine chemicals, glycols, used lubricating oils, fatty acids and its derivatives, rubber chemicals, amines and esters; concentration of bulk drugs, pesticides, oleoresins, para formaldehyde, enzymes, organ extracts, plant extracts, milk products, juices and sugars; pesticides, plasticizers, monomers from polymers; devolatalization of polymers; recovery of contaminated solvents, products from residues. The product has some features like,
Residence time of a few seconds with a narrow spread, an important feature for heat sensitive products
Required evaporation can be achieved in a single pass, avoiding product re-circulation and possible degradation.
Suitable for viscous products scale formation on the heat transfer surface is avoided due to the intensive agitation in the liquid film
Excellent turn down capability low product holdup-ideal for hazardous applications
Operating pressure from atmosphere down to 1 mbar and operating temperature up to 350 °c.
