• Add to Inquiry Basket | Accurpress international is no.1 press brake and shear manufacturer of north america. Over last 32 years, the company manufactures 1000 machines per year, and with an installed base of more than 15,000 press brakes and shears. Recently the company started providing `absolute` line of synchronised cnc press brakes and `accurshear` line of cnc squaring shears in the indian market. The absolute line of machines has high quality finishing, reliability, and precision. It provides same performance after many years of utilization. It has six axes of cnc backgauge motion with 40 mt x 1 500 mm to 750 mt x 6000 mm of size. The machine provides repetitive accuracies of 0.01 mm.
The important features of the machines are synchronised y1-y2 ram control, high precision, high speed forming via advanced closed-loop hydraulics [bosch], delem da 65 [windows ce] cnc controller, `accurpress` own `premium backgauge` with servo control of x and r axes, precision-ground punch and multi-vee die, together with manual quick clamps and cnc hydraulic bed crowning for consistent bending angles. All the machines are well tested. The machines are provided with several accessories with a view to develop productivity and meet the demand of the customers.
A national sales manager and national service manager has already been appointed by the company. To increase the countrywide network the company is looking for the dealers. The company is now busy to organize the demonstration for the potential buyers. Already over 35 machines are functioning throughout the country. It has already managed to sell their products to the leading companies of the country including godrej & boyce mfg co ltd, power build ltd, alpha nippon innovative ltd, siddharth mechanical pvt ltd, cosmos construction pvt ltd, ultima switch gears, metal storage systems, yeti refrigeration, horizon microtech, sahajanand laser, shakti mining, trans engineers, sreevatsa stainless, and silver tech and canara generators.
