It is in business for more than 32 years, with annual production exceeding 1000 machines per year, and with an installed base of more than 15,000 press brakes and shears. The company has newly introduced to india its `absolute` line of synchronized cnc press brakes. The absolute line of machines is renowned for their superior finish, reliability, precision and performance, year after year. They are currently available in the range of 40 mt x 1500 mm to 750 mt x 6000 mm, with up to six axes of these machines are ±0.01 mm. A standard absolute press brake features synchronized y1-y2 ram control [through heidenhain linear scales]; high precision, high speed forming via advanced closed-loop hydraulics [bosch]; delem da 65 [windows ce] cnc controller; accurpress own `premium backgauge with servo control of x and r axes; and cnc hydraulic bed crowning for consistent bending angles. These machines are tested accurate within half a degree, through out the bending length, before they leave the factory. Precision-ground punch and multi-vee die, together with manual quick clamps for the punch, are also standard items. The machines can be supplied with host of optional accessories for productivity improvements and to suit customer requirements. |
