| | | Quality Control | RAYS 3D has full fledged and well-equipped Wide Digital Format print, Design Lab and manufacturing unit. Well-trained and qualified personnel to analyse the samples of mined ore and finished products.
To ensure quality of the finished products, samples are drawn on hourly basis and analysed in our lab. Maintaining consistent Quality & Consumer Satisfaction is RAYS 3D`s motto and to achieve it the whole production process is monitored closely with utmost care at every stage of production.

Quality Control requires constant inspection throughout the manufacturing process in order to detect products which are not up to the required standard.
