Procon technologies provides fuzzy-logic auto-tune pid temperature controllers [pxz series] manufactured by fuji electric co of japan. These temperature controllers feature 3 or 8 button operation, multiple input signal [tc/rtd/mv/ma], pv/sv independent or selective display, choice of control output [relay/ssr/voltage/current], single or dual alarm outputs with a choice of 16 different alarm settings, advanced security options, versatile programming and fuzzy logic intelligence. Apart from these, optional features, like nema 4x faceplate, heater burnout alarm, 8-segment ramp/ soak programming, 24 v ac/dc power supply, serial communications are also available. All the Z-series controllers use fujis patented fuzzy logic algorithm with pid autotune. These temperature controllers learn the process, using pid parameters as a starting point for all decisions made by them. The intelligence allows the process to reach its setpoint in the shortest time possible while virtually eliminating overshoot. The z-series controllers operate on 85 to 265 v ac and are available in 48 mm x 24 mm, 48 mm square, 72 mm square, 48 mm x 96 mm, and 96 mm square sizes. The pid temperature controllers conform to standards set by [jl, c-ul, ce, and nema 4x/ip66.
