| Vijay energy products offers twilight switches. Invariably lights are switched on too early and switched off too late in public places, resulting in wastage of electrical energy, as the lights remain on even when there is adequate natural light. The twilight switch is meant for switching on/off lights based on ambient light. As a result the lights are switched on automatically as it gets dark and get switched off at down. This ensures that the lights are on only when natural light is not adequate and hence save considerable amount of electrical energy. This also eliminates manual labour for switching off/on lights and also increases lamp and control gear life. Cost is easily recovered in a very short time. This is useful for street lighting, compound lighting in houses, apartments, yard lighting in factories/housing colonies/warehouse lighting airports, railway stations, advertisement lights and neon signs, etc.
