| Energy saving delstar converter module from vijay energy products is particularly designed for use with star delta starter where the load on the motor is low, or varies form low to high and vice versa, or where the load on the motor is initially high and comes down to low, as prescribed by operational requirements. A number of motors operate under cyclic load conditions or at low loads due to operational requirements. At the time when the load on the motor is lower than 50%, the motor can be operated in star mode to save energy, at a higher power factor and lower maximum demand. The delstar converter module from vijay energy products detects the load on the motor and when the load is low, the converter module offers supply to the star contactor coil after disconnecting supply to the delta coil. When the load on the motor rises beyond 50%, the delstar converter module switches over the motor to delta operation. As a result the savings will be around 40% at very low loads. This delstar converter module from vijay energy products is a sophisticated unit, which is to be installed near the existing star delta starter and properly wired as per instructions.
