• Add to Inquiry Basket | Servewell instruments provides leak test apparatus [model lt101] that are fully programmed equipment, fitted with oil free vacuum pump, a countdown electronic timer and a lcd module for display. The vacuum displayed in the lcd module is factory calibrated. These are advanced instruments having all parameters of 101 but with provision to connect a printer to download all data as per the salient features. Technical specifications include: vacuum level better than 600 mm of hg at msl; timer can be set up to 99 minutes; in the vacuum setting level vacuum can stabilise to the set value of 5 mm of hg within 30 seconds; power requirement 230 v 50 c/s [for 110 v, 50/60 c/s on request]; power of 300 va; size of 400 mm [d] x 240 mm [w] x 220 mm [h]; and weight of 13 kg nett. In pharmaceutical sectors the leak test apparatus are used to check leakage in packed strips, blisters and small sachets containing tablets, capsules, liquids, cough syrup, shampoo packets etc, and also sutures. In food and confectionery industry they are used to check the quality of packing in food packets, ready-to-eat foods, candies, supari packs, chocolates, chewing gums, pickle packets, etc. The leak test apparatus are also used to check the quality of packing to know whether the product remains crispy/unspoiled in transportation and also during long time storage.
