the electro hydraulic servo actuator integrates a force transducer [load cell] and a position transducer [magneto sonic ssi] plus the relevant proportional valves with integral digital controller, all assembled in closed loop.
the combined fine control of force [tension and compression], speed and position is granted by integral digital electronics. Some of the significant characteristics includes : selection of multiple operating strokes [50-1500 mm]; selection of multiple full-scale nominal force [50-100 kn]; selection of multiple force/speed profiles, internally generated; integrated and precabled force and position transducers; integrated hydraulic emergency unloading block; standard fieldbus-opens communication interface; simultaneous operation of several testing servo actuators [up to 125]; fast local control sampling time [up to 6 khz]; fast remote data transmission to central unit [up to 1 khz]; enhanced diagnostics capabilities [monitoring, transducers fault, etc]; and enhanced maintenance capabilities [life-working counters, etc].
