• Add to Inquiry Basket | Autonics manufactures wide range of proximity sensors in order to cater to varied requirements of the industrial automation. These sensors are used to detect presence or absence of metal objects, within a sensing range. The company supplies these proximity sensors in cylindrical, flat pack, rectangular, square shape, etc. Different shapes with various sensing ranges. The proximity sensors are available in both flush and non flush types with m8, m12, m18, m30, and 12, 17, 25, 30, 40, 50 and 80 square typical dimensions. The company also supplies these proximity sensors in connector version and cable version, ac and dc versions choice. The dc type proximity sensors are available in dc 2, 3 and 4-wire type, whereas the ac proximity sensors are by default 2 wire type. Dc proximity sensors work with 12-24 v dc and ac proximity sensors with 100-240 v ac. The company also can provide proximity sensors with no/nc/no+nc combinations. The proximity sensors apart from normal sensing ranges also come in extended sensing ranges as well as more sensing range with same housing. Autonics proximity sensors are available with extremely high output switching frequency. The company also provides weld field immune type sensors to achieve enhanced noise resistance using exclusive ic. The hot arc from arc welding machine is adhesive even with metals or plastics and thus the normal proximity sensor may malfunction even though there are no detection targets. The arc sensors do not adhere on detection surface of the spatter resistance type proximity sensor. The company supplies capacitive type proximity sensors useful for detecting both the metals and non-metals. All autonics sensors are ip67 protected. The proximity sensors provided by autonics are both ac and dc type. |
