• Add to Inquiry Basket | Litel supplies latest expansion shrink fit. It has extensive heating application in automobile industry. Out of two components, the expansion of the outer one by heating makes possible then inner one to enter. After cooling it becomes a tight fit. The portion, which needs to be expanded, is only heated by localized heating system. The machine is compact because of short time cycle of 60-120 sec. Infrared is switched on and off after the object enters into infrared zone. Infrared is modern technology, which enables easy operation. There is absolutely no heat up/cool down time and no inventory of hot parts. Specially engineered plc controlled conveyor and ir zone make is possible. The machine can either be used separately or synchronized with other conveyors via plc. |
