| Litel infrared systems supplies offers non-contact infrared temperature sensors/sensor controllers . These temperature sensors are manufacturedde by watlow, usa. Following are some of the technical features of the thermoducer. Model thermoducer is a versatile non-contact temperature sensor operating in the range of 0 to 500c with auto tune pid control outputs [available in 4 types] and has emissivity adjustments by front panel membrane keys. Additional features are also provided by this temperature sensor which include: other features are background compensation to filter out unwanted reflected infrared radiation and sample and hold facility for conveyorised operation; various . Different models are available having one or two auto tune pid outputs; these sensors. They have communications facility, alarms, and analogue retransmit, which make them directly suitable for any temperature control application without the necessity of any other interface. Model ir junior is an economical model that offers fixed emissivity sensor in the temperature sensing range of 0 to 500c. Some electric data of this temperature sensor include:the outputs are available, with an in-built transmitter, in six different types such as j/k thermocouple, 0-20 ma dc 4-20 mdc, 0-5 v dc and 0-10 v dc; . This model is available with a mounting bracket for proper positioning of the sensor. This sensor s instrument is designed for harsh industrial environment with nema 4x and water corrosion resistance which allows it exposure to washed out condition. To sense the temperature in dusty and spaced limited applications, ir junior can be ordered with an air purge collar and a right angle mirror attachment to sense the temperature in dusty and spaced limited applications, respectively.
