To keep pace with changing technology, production machineries are being fully automated. The division has state of the art it hardware with sap as the erp platform to improve the entire information system. The company has signed an agreement with nachi fujikoshi corp, japan for developing and testing of new generation automotive bearings for key auto makers of india like toyota and others. Over 65 percent of the bearings go to automobile manufacturers and the rest to engineering industries and the after market [replacement]. The division delivers world class bearings at the door steps of its customers meeting strict delivery schedules and directly online to some of its key customers. Major customers are: two wheelers - hero honda motors & ancillaries, yamaha motors, bajaj auto, etc; three wheelers - piaggio, mahindra & mahindra, etc; four wheelers/commercial vehicles - maruti suzuki, tata motors, toyota kirloskar motor, reva electric car: tractor/ farm equipment - punjab tractors, swaraj tractors. Escorts tractors, vst tillers & tractors, kamco, etc; and auto ancillaries - mico, autolec, spicer india, alpump, etc. |
