The company offers a wide range of industrial products comprises of ac drives for major applications, programmable logic controllers [plc] , ac servo system, human machine interface[hmi], temperature controller, optical encoders, communication modules, & counter/timer/tachometers which has being developed by considering the industrial application requirements. delta make vfd-b is high performance powerful variable frequencies ac motor drive up to 100hp with overload endurance of 150% of rated current for 1 minute can be used for any general purpose application. It is a sensorless vector drive with high torque performance [starting torque can be 150% at 1 hz.] with auto torque and slip compensation feature. Close loop vector control is possible with optional pg card which enhances dynamic control performance. Vfd-b has inbuilt braking transistor up to 15 hp and with the optional braking resistor or braking unit, 125% braking torque is possible. Vfd-b provides the option for setting of four sets of accel/decel time selection & independent accel/decl, s-curve setting. It has inbuilt modbus communication feature via rs-485 port for communicating with other devices. There are 6 inbuilt programmable multi function input [npn/ pnp type] for selection among 0-15 multi step operations, jog operation, speed up/down, counter, & plc operation. Vfd-b has one relay & three photocoupler o/p for indication of multi function output such as drive running, set frequency achieved, fault indication, drive is ready. It has two analog input [0-10v & 4-20ma dc] for speed reference and one analog output [0-10v dc ] for feedback of frequency and current and one digital frequency output signal. It is fully equipped with all the protection options such as self testing, over load protection, over-voltage/over-current stall prevention, reset after fault, speed search function, electronic thermal and ground fault. It has pid control, fan & pump control parameter which make this drive suitable for general purpose applications. Vfd-b is suitable for both normal v/f control [fan, pump, and conveyor] and complex high torque vector applications [vertical stamping machine, compressor, punching machine, vertical lift, and elevator]. Delta make drives are approved with ce, ul and c tick standards & protection level ip20 and nema1.
