| Tulex industrial tools [p] ltd supplies manufactures surface drive sockets. These surface drive sockets that are best suited ideal for compensating imperfect alignment between tools and fasteners. These surface drive impact sockets are designed for use on single or multiple spindle power tools [non-impact type]. Especially relieved corners at the hex opening provide a floating action is provided by especially relieved corners at the hex opening, thus permitting the socket to engage the nut on the surface of the flat hex rather than on the corners.The large openings on six corners of the opening create a floating action that allows the socket to slip quickly and easily on to the nut or bolt. These surface drive impact sockets are generally recommended for impact usage.This type of a free corner profile distributes the surface loads and relieves the possible stress areas. The torque transmitting capability of this socket is increased and the high stress concentrating points are completely eliminated increasing the impact resistance of the fastener.
