• Add to Inquiry Basket | Adhi sakthi`s vertical form fill and sealing machine is to weigh, fill and seal products in to laminates and pp films. The products ranges from granules, powder, masala, spices, food products, sugar, salt, detergent powder, liquids like oil and shampoo. Most important features are as follows:
The advantage of this system is the accuracy of the fills when compared to the conventional rotary filling system.
The exclusive dosing design consists of oscillating cup dosers which feeds alternatively.
There would not be any rubbing to the granules / powders which in turn will maintain the granule sizes.
Easy change over for different pack sizes.
Improved draw down assembly
The machine is controlled fully through plc.
User friendly vertical and cross sealers.
Programmable batch cutting mechanism.
Front side web alignment.
Online batch coding as an optional accessory.

Air consumption: 15 cfm at 6 bar pr.
Speed of the machine: up to 55 pcs / min depending upon pack size, product and packing material.
Filling ranges from 5gms to 1000 gms.
