• Add to Inquiry Basket | Adhi sakthi`s soaps and detergent lines are the line of equipments used for the manufacture of soaps and detergents. The products are toilet soaps, washing powder, detergent bars, mosquito coils, scouring bars, and other products which needs rubbing and extrusion. The lines of equipments are sigma mixer, vacuum , soap plodder or extruder or noodler and triple roll mill, cutting machines, stamping machines and wrapping machines some of the significant features are:
Range of mixing capacity: 25kgs., 50kgs., 100kgs., 250kgs., 500kgs and 1000kgs.
Capacity per hour: 50kgs., 100kgs., 250kgs., 500kgs., 1000kgs and 4000 kgs.
Sigma mixers designed with `z` arms - provides effective mixing and dough formation. `z` arms would rotate in a ratio of 1:1.5.
Stainless steel body part.
The worms and `z` arms are designed exclusively and molded with standard patterns.
Complete automation for the process of manufacture of detergent bars, powders and toilet soaps.
