• Add to Inquiry Basket | Cenlub systems introduces multipoint motorized grease lubricator. The lubricator caters high-pressure outputs and controls grease consumption even at very low discharges. The multipoint motorized grease lubricator provides above 300 bar pressure for grease lubrication, and widely used in forging hammers, crushers, sugar plant, paper mill, cement plant, steel mill, rolling mill, sponge iron plant, etc. The pumping unit is the key component of multipoint motorized grease lubricator. Each pumping unit leads to a supply line for lubrication. Each pumping unit measures required amount of lubricant. A multipoint motorized grease lubricator provides positive delivery and suction stroke by movement of cam. The pressure generated by the pumping units is enough to pump the lubricant and to reduce the backpressure. These plunger type-pumping units gets the reciprocating movement with the help of a cam. The stirrer attached to the camshaft assist to reduce the air trapping and to get results in positive suction of grease. The electric motor and gearbox helps the cam rotate at a suitable rpm. The drive for the cam can also be taken from a machine shaft. The manual version is also available for lubrication cycle at long interval. |
