| T-square technologies is a supplier of shock & impact absorbing viscoelastic tapes. These viscoelastic tapes are made from a proprietary viscoelastic elastomer. Properties and applications of the viscoelastic tapes: these tapes combine shock and impact absorption along with vibration damping properties. These properties are utilized in all types of protective sports padding and helmet lining. The tapes also effectively damp vibrations and thereby reduces noise. This property is utilized in gasketing, vibrating door lining, isolating vibrating components of machines, wrapping around the power tool handles, duct lining for vibration damping, etc. Model variations: the tapes are available in thickness of 3 mm and 7 mm and width of 17 mm and 37 mm. The length is 1 meter. Further they are available with pressure sensitive adhesive backing or without it. Customizability of the viscoelastic tapes: if application demands, overlaying or laying adjacent to each other can enhance the thickness and width. Viscomass sandwiched in between tapes renders extra resiliency to the composite for high impact absorption.
