• Add to Inquiry Basket | Regent biochem india, ajv with cb chemie of germany, provides bio-circle, an industrial parts cleaning machine for degreasing and de-oiling.The fuction of these cleaning machine bio-circle is as follows: it has a revolutionary design and uses biocultures for oil degradation [the process known as bioremediation] inside the tank after cleaning. Thus the liquid is renewed and lends itself for recycling. The cleaning efficiency is retained. The parts washer has the following advantages over solvents and other conventional cleaners normally used for cleaning: a. The cleaning efficiency is good and is retained over a long period of time unlike the conventional solvents; b. It is not inflammable, safe for storage; c. It does not evaporate like the conventional solvents; d. Does not contain volatile organic compounds [vocs]; e. It is ph-neutral, thus safe for manual cleaning; f. It has a pleasant smell as against solvents, which have obnoxious odour; g. It is simple to operate and ready to use at anytime; h. As the machine is zero-discharge, it can be switched on with a 5 a power source; k. The liquid just needs top-up to an extent of 10-20 % over a period of 3 months; l. When a complete changeover is required, the old liquid can be disposed off without any treatment; and m. The liquid is eco-friendly and bio-degradable. |
