| Katlax enterprises manufactures intrinsically safe [ex] inductive code readers which are low current two wire sensors approved by cmri, dhanbad for intrinsically safe area applications as per is 5780 1980. These inductive code readers are compact detection units applicable in ex -proof areas gr i, iia, iib, iic available with 2 wire inductive proximity switches. These sensors have a common voltage supply but give individual outputs. These inductive code readers are applicable in identifying changeable tool heads on complex handling or machining units. Before several individual sensors were applied requiring individual mounting and set up which are replaced by the inductive code reader bringing considerable cost savings in both installation and service. These inductive code readers are available in acrylic housing ms block as back support; negative switching state with flush/nonflush configurations packages. Inductive code readers have switches come protected with back emf; reverse polarity; indefinite output short circuit are ip67 protected.
