| Katlax enterprises offers field plate. The field plate sensor is a non-contact proximity switch with two magneto resistors arranged in a magnetic bridge. A ferrous target influences the resistance values of the magneto resistors. The sensor is particularly effective for trouble free measuring of rotating objects. For example, using a gear with switching frequencies up to 20 khz can be obtained. Applications: single channel - for applications only requiring counting or rotational speed monitoring; two channels - with this method the direction of rotation cab be determined using external electronics. Key attributes: available in m12 cable and m12 connector type; available in npn and pnp type with flush/non flush and no/nc combinations; available with threaded brass barrels ni-chrome plated; all the products are ip67 protected [tested and certified by cmri, dhanbad]; block and slot types are with ip5 protection. These switches are protected against: back emf, reverse polarity and indefinite output short-circuit. Katlax products have been accepted by united states and european market against international competition, and certified for ce, ul listed, product certified for ul [usa] & cul [canada], ce [complying to european countries], iso-9001: 2000, tested for intrinsic safety [ex], weather proof construction [ip-67] and iec.
