These machines are specially designed for turning operation on `chucking jobs`like gear blanks, fan parts, brake drums, bearing rings, valves, bushes etc. These machine incorporate linear tooling system with up to six tools for each head. Some key features of this slant bed double head cnc turning center are as follows:
Two heads facing each other with one main slide and cross slide
Heavy duty base with inbuilt foundation for stability and vibration dampening
High precision lm guide ways on x&z axis for accuracy and high speed
Spindles mounted on super precision bearings
Servo motors with absolute encoders directly coupled to double nut `backlash free` high precision, ground ball screws
Large capacity coolant tank.
Chip trolley separate from machine base to prevent heat transfer
