| Stmicroelectronics has manufactured two new families of rail-to-rail high-gainbandwidth product [gbp] op-amps that have the following feature:an excellent speed-to-current consumption ratio; come in space-saving packages to address sensor signal conditioning ; supplied battery; compact portable applications. The tsv911/2/4 family offers an 8mhz gain-bandwidth product and is unity-gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200 pf. The other family, the tsv991/2/4, offers a 20mhz gainbandwidth product for gain of 3 or above. Operating off 2.5v to 5.5v, all the devices consume only 780 pa at 2.5v supply voltage.
