• Add to Inquiry Basket | Asap automation presents prosort high-speed sortation conveyors. These are designed for sorting products at 3022 degrees angle where close divert centers are required. Products are transported on flight tubes where at a predetermined location divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line. The prosort family of sorters designed for high-speed applications where product divertion needs to be both positive and gentle. The technical specifications of conveyors include: overall widths of 33". 39", 45", 51", and 57"; bed 17" deep x 1 "/i", 10, and 12 ga formed steel frame powder painted: air requirements 60 psi; motor 230/460 v, 3-phase, 50 hz, hp based on speed and length requirements; capacity maximum load 50 ibs per foot, maximum unit load 100 ibs; and adjustable floor supports available. |
