Rapid flow india supplies horizontal cold chamber pressure die casting machines. These are useful for producing components in aluminium, zinc and brass. The machine has a base with structural construction supporting the injection system on its extension. Part of the base is attached with oil reservoir to accommodate a good quantity of hydraulic oil, and is given with oil gauge and digital thermometer. Die locking is effected by hydraulic and sturdy toggle mechanism, which exerts an evenly distributed force over the faces of the dies. The machine is designed with centralized lubrication system and imported pu seals for trouble-free operation. The tandem pump results in high production rate and the floating piston accumulator of the machine prevents nitrogen leakage. The machine is equipped in such a way that the moulds of other standard machines can be loaded without any change. All tie bars, ram and wearing parts of the product are made of alloy steel either hard chrome plated or hardened and ground. . Intensifying system generates three-stage powerful injection force . Locking force is 80 tonnes and injection force is 10.3 tonnes. This machine weighs 3.5 tonnes has die plates of size 520 mm x 520 mm. Die opening stoke and ejecting stroke are of 200 and 50 mm, respectively. The die space between the two die mounting plates can be adjusted to suit any die thickness and four hard chrome plate tie bars run on linear bushes for smooth movement of moveable die. Water-cooling arrangement keeps the die plates cool and the automatic unloading system of the machine results in low power consumption. The machine has following specifications :
